A ROAD in Elveden was closed for several hours today after a car collided with an electricity pole.The single-vehicle accident, which happened at around 11am on Elveden Road, meant the stretch had to be closed so engineers could re-erect the pole.A police spokesman said the closure had not caused significant delays as it is a minor road.
POLICE were forced to close a road near Debenham following an accident in which a car overturned.
A police spokesman said the accident happened at around 5.55pm yesterdayon the B1077 in Winston. The road had to be closed while the car was recovered.
Nobody was injured in the accident, which involved a single Volkswagen car.
