POLICE were called to the scene of an oil spill on an Ipswich road this afternoon.
POLICE were called to the scene of an oil spill on an Ipswich road this afternoon.
The spill was caused by a green Renault Traffic van and covered 300 yards of Wherstead Road, near the town's dry ski slope.
Officers were called to the scene just after 12noon. The van driver had already moved the vehicle to the side of the road and the area was cleared for traffic to move smoothly.
