DETECTIVES are appealing for information following a robbery at a Suffolk bookmakers.
Cash was stolen following the raid at the Tote Sport shop in Raglan Street, Lowestoft, at around 7.45pm yesterday.
Two men assaulted a member of staff before making off with an undisclosed sum of money.
One of the men is described as white with a tanned complexion, in his late 20s to 30s, 5ft 10ins, of medium build, with short dark hair, and was wearing a dark-coloured jumper and light blue faded jeans. He spoke with what appeared to be a Geordie accent.
The other was white, of similar age, slightly taller, of slim build, with short cropped hair at the back, and was wearing a racing green coloured bomber-style jacket, a dark-coloured T-shirt underneath and a baseball cap. He also had a tattoo on his neck.
