A TOPPING-out ceremony will be performed next month on a four-storey complex on the junction of Rose Lane and Silent Street.
The development, on the site of the former Bright's furniture store in Ipswich, will be transformed into a cafe and retail units, topped by apartments and a penthouse.
The site, developed by Greystoke and Everleigh Limited, will include eight two-bedroom apartments, two elegant three storey town houses and a café/coffee bar and retail units.
A topping out ceremony is due to be performed in the week beginning December 9.
Part of Rose Lane, closed throughout the building work, is expected to re-open just before Christmas.
The development, built by Carter Builders, is expected to be completed in March next year.
