A SERIOUS accident on the A140 has left the road partially blocked.
The collision between two cars travelling in opposite directions happened near Diss at around 7.30am.
A police spokesman said one driver suffered serious facial injuries.
It is believed there is congestion on the Norwich-bound carriageway while the recovery of the vehicles takes place.
