STAFF and pupils at an Ipswich school can hit the road in style with their new minibus.

The bus was presented to Thurleston High School in Ipswich by Stewart Davies, chief executive of Btexact Technologies based at Adastral Park, in Martlesham.

The organisation sponsored the school so that it could purchase the new mini bus.

It is hoped the new vehicle will particularly benefit the PE department, which frequently transports students to various fixtures throughout the region.

Thurleston headteacher Mike Everett and pupils from the school attended the special presentation.

After the official handing over was completed, the visitors were treated to a light lunch.
