A WOMAN scooter rider was taken to Ipswich Hospital today with leg injuries after a collision with a car in Star Lane, Ipswich. A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said the blue Yamaha 100cc scooter was in collision with a white Mondeo shortly before 2pm.

The road was blocked for a short while.
