RUSH hour traffic faced long delays this evening after an accident close to the Orwell Bridge.
Drivers on the A14 were already caught up in long tailbacks following a collision earlier in the afternoon.
The second accident involved two cars - a Ford Escort and Vauxhall Cavalier.
Nobody is thought to have been hurt, but long delays were expected following the collision, which happened near to the Nacton turn-off at 4.45pm.
The first incident, which involved a green Grand Cherokee 4x4 vehicle and a red Man lorry happened at 3.26pm.
