Residents were evacuated from a sheltered housing complex last night after fire broke out in one of the kitchens.
People living at Collimer Court in High Street, Felixstowe, were evacuated by firefighters after a fire started on top of a cooker.
Two fire crews from Felixstowe station were called out at 5.15pm, and had the flames under control within 15 minutes.
