A SICK man was winched from a boat off the Suffolk coast and taken to hospital today.
A SICK man was winched from a boat off the Suffolk coast and taken to hospital today.
The RAF rescue helicopter from Wattisham Airfield winched the 48-year-old man off the Ukrainian vessel the Riga Sailor at about 10.25am.
The incident was described as taking place 40 miles east of Ipswich.
It is believed the man was suffering from stomach pains and he was taken to Ipswich Hospital.
