An industrial fire was tackled at the Ipswich waterfront after a silo caught fire on Cliff Quay yesterday.
Two fire engines from Princes Street and an aerial platform, with support from Ipswich East fire station, attended the scene at roughly 8.15pm.
A thermal imaging camera was used to determine the extent of the fire and fire fighters then tackled the blaze, removing the silo contents and bringing the scene under control by 11pm.
