CELEBRATIONS have taken place in Felixstowe to mark the opening of a long-awaited skate park.

CELEBRATIONS have taken place in Felixstowe to mark the opening of a long-awaited skate park.
Around 500 people were at Orwell Green today to see the �180,000 scheme officially opened.
Organisations which supported the project included Felixstowe Town Council, Felixstowe Skatepark Association, the Outdoor Playspace Fund, Suffolk County Council and the L.D Rope Trust.
