A CONCRETE railway sleeper caused chaos on the A14 today after it fell from the back of a lorry at the Seven Hills junction with the A12 heading in the Felixstowe direction.
A CONCRETE railway sleeper caused chaos on the A14 today after it fell from the back of a lorry at the Seven Hills junction with the A12 heading in the Felixstowe direction.
The incident happened shortly before 8am and although the sleeper did not injure anyone in the fall it did cause traffic jams.
A lorry broke down at the scene while police were trying to move the sleeper but both obstructions were moved from the road 8.30am.
