Soldier killed in Afghan crash

A British soldier was killed in Afghanistan when the vehicle he was patrolling in rolled over, the Ministry of Defence said today.The soldier was from 13 Air Assault Support Regiment Royal Logistic Corps, a spokesman said.

Two other soldiers were injured in the same incident last night. Their injuries are not life threatening.

The spokesman said the other two soldiers were from the same regiment. The next of kin of all those involved in the incident have been informed.
