Spedeworth International is being prosecuted over alleged health and safety issues relating to a “demountable” stand at Foxhall Stadium.
The prosecution has been taken out by Suffolk Coastal District Council.
The case was due to be heard at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich yesterday.
However, due to legal issues the matter was adjourned until June 26.
Spedeworth International, of Holybush Industrial Park, Aldershot, is likely to face four accusations.
They are said to span a period of nearly two years between January 1, 2014 and October 27, 2015.
Three of the allegations relate to an employer failing to discharge its duty of general health/safety to a person other than an employee.

It is alleged it failed to conduct its undertaking not to expose people to risks to their health and safety.
Another accusation is that the company contravened a health and safety improvement or prohibition notice.
It is claimed that on March 15, 2016, Spedeworth contravened a requirement under an improvement notice to carry out remedial work to the demountable tiered seating at Foxhall Stadium.
