The winners of the Stars of Suffolk Awards 2019 have been announced during a tear-jerking ceremony at Greshams Ipswich tonight.
Here we bring you the bravest, most selfless and dedicated members of our community, those who have stepped up to represent others or overcome adversity.

We also had four Normandy veterans on stage who accepted an award on behalf of all those who fought for our freedom, especially those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
The recognition of what these heroes did was one of the most poignant moments ever at Stars of Suffolk.
