IT was the story that had the whole of Suffolk talking last week – local government correspondent Paul Geater being told that the county council’s press office would only give him “no comment” replies after he broke the story about chief executive Andrea Hill’s 23 sessions with a professional coach, dubbed a “guru of change.”
