SUFFOLK police’s longest-serving staff will be hailed at a special ceremony tomorrow.
Police officers, staff and specials that have clocked up between 20 and 22 years service will be recognised.
The ceremony is taking place at Suffolk police’s Martlesham Heath headquarters.
Stephen Miles, high sheriff of Suffolk, will present 54 medals for long service, with 35 going to police officers and police community support officers, 17 to police staff and two to specials.
Meanwhile Simon Ash, chief constable of Suffolk police, will present 12 Merit awards to police employees.
