A signalling fault on the Great Eastern Mainline is causing delays for London-bound commuters from the region this morning.
Greater Anglia reported a fault with the signalling system at Ingatestone in Essex this morning.
Although the line was opened at around 6.30am, the train operator said services may continue to face delays until around 8am,
“Train services will be delayed towards London,” a spokesman said.
“Network Rail engineers have fixed the fault.”
“Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.”
