SUFFOLK firefighters today assisted in a forest fire that struck Norfolk.More than 40 firefighters worked to tackle the blaze, which broke out shortly before 2pm near Thetford Golf Club.

More than 40 firefighters worked to tackle the blaze, which broke out shortly before 2pm near Thetford Golf Club.
Suffolk crews - from Mildenhall, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds and a water dowser from Newmarket - went to assist at the blaze in Brandon Road, Thetford.
