A 53-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in Suffolk on suspicion of murder after a headless body was found in the boot of a car.
Police were called to an address in Attlebridge, near Norwich, at around 2pm yesterday after reports a body had been seen.
Officers attended the scene but were unable to locate a body. After speaking with a member of the public, a major appeal was sent out to neighbouring forces in a bid to locate a green Montego car.
Both Cambridgeshire and Suffolk police forces joined the massive hunt for the car, which was thought to be carrying a body.
Just before 4pm, a patrol car from Suffolk police identified the vehicle on the A11 at Red Lodge, near Mildenhall.
