A SUFFOLK man feared dead after a helicopter crash in the North Sea has been named as David Graves from Beccles.
The 30-year-old operations technician, employed by Shell Expro for 15 years, was one of 11 passengers and crew in Tuesday's helicopter crash 25 miles off Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
Five bodies were recovered and an inquest into the deaths was opened and adjourned at Great Yarmouth this afternoon.
The five have been named as Angus MacArthur, 38, from Maryburgh, Scotland; Stuart Coggon, 45, from Middlesbrough; Philip Stone, 53, from Norwich; Denis Kelleher, 40, from Lytham St Annes and Kevin Taylor, 50, from Norwich.
Among the missing are: Geoffrey Bispham, 51, from Worstead, Norfolk; Douglas Learwood, 40, from Middlesbrough; Paul Francis, 48, from Norwich; pilot Captain Philip Mark Wake, 42, from Strumpshaw, Norfolk and his co-pilot First officer Philip Dearden, 32, from Norwich.
