A SUFFOLK policeman was today convicted of manslaughter after a trial at the Old Bailey.Michael Cheong, 42, of Peterhouse Crescent, Woodbridge was found guilty of killing Brian Spencer in an incident 23 years ago.

Michael Cheong, 42, of Peterhouse Crescent, Woodbridge was found guilty of killing Brian Spencer in an incident 23 years ago.
Mr Spencer, a petty criminal, was shot dead in Guyana at the age of 23.
