A busy road near Ipswich has been closed after a man suffered injuries in a collision between a car and van.
Suffolk police received reports that a Ford Transit van and Saab car had collided on the A140 near Coddenham at around 3.30pm.
The crash happened in the southbound carriageway, which was closed for the vehicles to be recovered.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said a man had been injured, but it was not clear whether he had been in the car or van.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to treat the casualty.
The road was scheduled to reopen as soon as the vehicles had been recovered.
