SUFFOLK is calm tonight after a day of drama which saw a fisherman get swept into the sea.

The angler was carried out to the sea at Benacre sluice in Kessingland and was lost in rough seas.

And also today at Felixstowe, there were spectacular scenes as waves struck the prom smashed sea huts.
