Suffolk teacher to hear his fate today

A SUFFOLK schoolteacher is today due to appear in court to hear his fate, after displaying explicit photographs of his ex wife in full public view.

John Troupe, 57, a teacher at Westbourne High School in Ipswich admitted three offences relating to harassment and public disorder, before magistrates in December.

John Troupe, 57, a teacher at Westbourne High School in Ipswich admitted three offences relating to harassment and public disorder, before magistrates in December.

Troupe was bound over to keep the peace for a year, towards neighbour Sarah Titchmarsh – Ms Troupe's daughter from a previous marriage – who saw the pictures between May 1 and August 12. He also entered guilty pleas to three charges of harassment.

Magistrates have warned prison is a possibility.
