A SUFFOLK teenager who was killed while he walked along a road in Norfolk has been named today.
Mathew Theobald, 19, of Alston Crescent, Stanstead, near Sudbury, was killed on Tuesday following an accident on the A149 at Heacham.
Mr Theobald had been walking towards King's Lynn with another man at 9.41pm when he was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Vivaro, driven by a 43-year-old man from the Heacham area.
