The Angel Theatre, Rendlesham, will relocate the dance and drama studio to Building 8, Bentwaters Business Park, from Monday .
The theatre says there will not be any disruption to the classes and these will run at their normal times with the same teachers.
However, it is not yet clear what is happening to the stage shows that are put on at the Angel Theatre.
The theatre's website says that it will make an announcement soon. The management team has been unavailable for comment.
The theatre building is earmarked for demolition and the land will be used for sheltered housing for elderly people if permission is obtained from Suffolk Coastal District Council.
The council refused permission when the scheme was first unveiled.
