PLEASUREWOOD Hills had to be evacuated today, after an acetylene cylinder in a maintenance yard caught fire.Two crews attended the incident at 1.12pm and members of the public were escorted away from the surrounding area.

PLEASUREWOOD Hills had to be evacuated today, after an acetylene cylinder in a maintenance yard caught fire.
Two crews attended the incident at 1.12pm and members of the public were escorted away from the surrounding area.
Police attended and closed Corton Road, from the Links Road junction to Corton Long Lane junction.
Firefighters are expected to be at the scene overnight.
