This weekend we will all lose an hour’s sleep - but gain an extra hour of daylight in the mornings.
British Summer Time officially begins on Sunday, March 30 - which is also Mother’s Day this year.
But will you remember to change the time on your alarm clock, recall how to reset the digital display in your car or fathom whether your phone has updated automatically or still needs to be reset?
The clocks should go forward at 1am on Sunday morning, but most people reset them before they go to bed on Saturday night.
