TRAFFIC is at a standstill on a section of one of the region's busiest roads following a collision between two lorries.

The accident happened on the westbound carriageway of the A14 at Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire between junctions 24 and 25 at 8.24am.

Motorists are being advised to steer clear of the area because of traffic and a large amount of oil which has spilled on the road.
