ST Elizabeth Hospice, in Ipswich, is looking for anyone with a love of local scenery to take part in this year's Heritage Coast walk/run.
The event, now in its 20th year, includes some the most scenic views of Suffolk.
It caters for all abilities too and there are three routes of six, 14 and 26 miles.
This year the hospice is one of the three beneficiaries of the walk which is organised by the Saxmundham and District Rotary Club.
The walk/run starts at Thorpeness Sports Field on Sunday, May 5, and anyone interested in taking part should telephone the hospice fund raising office on 01473-723600 (24 hours) for a sponsor form and any further details.
