ELEVEN people were arrested on suspicion of wounding after a brawl broke out in a takeaway in Clacton.A 27-year-old man from St Osyth was taken to Colchester General Hospital with a back injury, which Essex Police believed was caused by a bottle, and was later released after treatment.
POLICE are today continuing their investigations after 11 people were arrested on suspicion of wounding after a brawl broke out in the Bodrum takeaway in Clacton.
A 27-year-old man from St Osyth was taken to Colchester hospital with a back injury, which police believed was caused by a bottle, and was later released after treatment.
The fight happened at about 2.45am on Saturday. Suffolk police arrested six men and five women in Ipswich later that day. The 11 people – aged between 18 and 25 and from the Ipswich area – have been released on police bail. They are due to return to Clacton police station at varying dates in December.
