A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving following a fatal road traffic collision.

Thirty-year-old Kelly Palmer died as a result of the crash, which happened on the B1375 at Oulton.
The Suzuki Vitara she was driving collided with a blue Citroen Xsara car at around 5.40pm on Monday, November 2.
A 19-year-old man was arrested and has been bailed to return to Lowestoft Police Station on January 21.
