A car today demolished a garage in Heath Road - but the driver escaped unharmed despite the vehicle flipping on to its roof.
A TEENAGE driver admitted he is “lucky to be alive” after his car flipped over and demolished a garage today.
The 19-year-old said he lost control of his two litre red Seat Ibiza when he hit a patch of ice on Heath Road.
He said: “My life flashed before my eyes. I kept seeing bushes and I couldn't work out what was going on. I am lucky to be alive really there's not a scratch on me.”
