TEENAGE killer Lee Ford has returned to jail after he lost his appeal against his conviction for the murder of Simon Williams.
Ford, now 18, will now return to Birmingham prison after three judges at the Court of Appeal in London ruled his conviction for murder was justified.
Reading out the verdict on behalf of the panel, Mr Justice Forbes, said they were satisfied the judge's directions to the jury in the original case were sound.
And on that basis the two grounds of appeal put forward by Martyn Levett, for Ford, were rejected.
