Teenager dragged into alley in Glemsford

POLICE are hunting a man who grabbed the arm of a teenage boy and dragged him into an alleyway.The accosting happened in Skates Hill, Glemsford at 9pm on Sunday.

POLICE are hunting a man who grabbed the arm of a teenage boy and dragged him into an alleyway.

The accosting happened in Skates Hill, Glemsford at 9pm on Sunday .

The 13-year-old was set free when a male member of the public walked passed and assisted.

The offending male is described as white, 5ft 9in, in his 20s, slim build, with short-cropped black hair and was wearing a beige Parker jacket.

Police would like to thank the member of the public who went to the aid of the boy.

They are also asking him to contact the police as a matter of urgency as he could hold vital information, which could assist the police with their inquiries.
