WITNESSES are being sought to an incident in Lion Street, Ipswich when a teenager – thought to be just 13 years old – threatened an office worker with an imitation hand gun.
WITNESSES are being sought to an incident in Lion Street, Ipswich when a teenager – thought to be just 13 years old – threatened an office worker with an imitation hand gun.
The incident happened at around 12.48pm on April 5, when the teenager went in to an office and demanded the receptionist hand over any money she had.
No one was injured but police said that the youth ran off in to the street and they are hoping that any witnesses from the several pedestrians around at the time would come forward.
The youth is described as white, about 13 years old, 5ft 4ins with short brown hair and of scruffy appearance.
