POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a sex attack on a teenage girl in Lowestoft.
The 14-year-old was attacked in an alleyway in the town at about 4pm on Thursday, April 16.
She first noticed the offender following her as she walked home from a friend's house after school.
She began to walk more quickly and so did her attacker.
She then ran into a large alleyway beside the G & M shop in Kimberley Road and Waveney Crescent.
The teenager claims that the man then grabbed her arms and pulled her into a smaller alleyway where the assault took place.
The girl shouted at him throughout and, after kissing her and stroking her arms, he let her go.
The victim was left traumatised by the incident but did not report it until Sunday.
The offender is described as white, about 30-40 and between 5ft 7in and 5ft 8in.
He was of skinny build and was wearing a baseball cap, hooded top, blue jeans and black shoes.
