A FLASHER followed two Ipswich teenagers before exposing himself to them in an Ipswich street.The white man, who was in his late teens to early 20s, trailed after two 17-year-old girls along Hill House Road at around 11pm on Tuesday, January 22.
A FLASHER followed two Ipswich teenagers before exposing himself to them in an Ipswich street.
The white man, in his late teens to early 20s, trailed two 17-year-old girls along Hill House Road at around 11pm on Tuesday, January 22. He then exposed himself and carried out a sex act in front of the teenagers.
The flasher is described as tanned with short, black or brown hair. He was around 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build and dressed in dark clothing.
