Theft and criminal damage man in court

EDWARD Coll has appeared before South East Suffolk Magistrates Court charged with theft and criminal damage.

The 26-year-old pleaded not guilty to the theft on December 1.

EDWARD Coll has appeared before South East Suffolk Magistrates Court charged with theft and criminal damage.

The 26-year-old pleaded not guilty to the theft on December 1. At an earlier hearing he also pleaded not guilty to criminal damage on April 1.

Coll, of St Francis Tower, Ipswich, will appear for trial for criminal damage on June 7. A date for the theft charge will also be fixed on this date.

He was released on conditional bail.
