A WOMAN had a nasty shock when she went to withdraw money from her bank account and found it was empty, Ipswich Crown Court heard.
The money had been stolen from her account after a new cheque book was sent to her old address.
The person who was living at her old address then gave a blank cheque to Westley Gunnell, 20, of Partridge Road, Ipswich, who made it out to a friend for £580, said Robert Sadd, prosecuting.
Gunnell admitted handling stolen goods and was sentenced to a 120 hour community punishment order.
