CANCER charities across Suffolk have been given a major boost after a charity ball raised more than £20,000.The Jubilee Millennium Ball was held at the Suffolk Showground and showcased local produce.

The Suffolk Agricultural Association (SAA) joined forces with the Cancer Campaign in Suffolk and Macmillan Cancer Relief, to host the weekend's event.
