The men allegedly blew up a cash machine to remove it from a wall in the town of Driel, south east of Arnhem, on Friday night.
Officers chased the men's car which overturned on the A12 motorway, killing the trio who were from London and Liverpool.
According to DutchNews.nl, two men, also from Liverpool, survived the car flipping over, and several thousand euros covered in dye were found in the car.
