POLICE are today searching for three prisoners after they absconded from Hollesley Bay prison.Convicted burglar Stuart Thompson went missing at 12.30pm yesterday, and two further prisoners, Michael David Morris and Albi Steer, were found missing at 8.

POLICE are today searching for three prisoners after they absconded from Hollesley Bay prison.

Convicted burglar Stuart Thompson went missing at 12.30pm yesterday, and two further prisoners, Michael David Morris and Albi Steer, were found missing at 8.20am today.

Thompson was serving a six-year sentence for burglary. He is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, with an oval shaped face, goatee beard, brown hair, green eyes and several tattoos.

He is believed to have connections in Cleveland.

Morris is 24-years-old and 5ft 8ins tall. He has brown hair, green eyes and is of medium build. He has a scar over his left eye lid and numerous tattoos.

Steer, 22, has black hair, brown eyes and is of slight build. He has two tattoos on his left arm.

Police are warning people not to approach any of these men, but if they spot them to call 999, their local police station, or Suffolk police on 01473 613500.
