The trio, from Rock Barracks, are accused of carrying out an assault on a 29-year-old from Ipswich as he was standing near a burger van outside Liquid nightclub in Cardinal Park.
The man was said to have been punched and kicked by a group of men.
The incident, which occurred around 1.05am on July 17, was reported to have left he alleged victim with a broken nose and bruising to his cheekbone.
Police subsequently arrested Wesley Gammond, Dean Knox, both aged 24, and 20-year-old Richard Ingles on suspicion of carrying out the alleged assault.
The trio were released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The servicemen returned to Ipswich police station at the weekend where they were all charged with actual bodily harm.
They are currently on bail and must attend South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on Monday for the first hearing of their case.
Another man arrested shortly after the allegation was made has had his police bail extended until Sunday.
The 31-year-old, from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
A fifth suspect, who was also arrested in connection with the allegation, also answered bail at the weekend.
However, an Ipswich police spokeswoman said no further action will be taken against him.
