THE Ipswich leg of the nationwide Barnardo's Big Toddle took place yesterday at Gainsborough Sports Centre.
THE Ipswich leg of the nationwide Barnardo's Big Toddle took place yesterday at Gainsborough Sports Centre.
As revealed in later editions of yesterday's Evening Star, around 250 families took part in the event, which saw the under five's and their parents take part in a sponsored walk.
The Big Toddle raised £1.1million pounds last year and is on target to raise £1.6m this year.
The money will go towards helping the charity support the 1.3million children in the UK who are living in poverty.
