Tools stolen during garage burglary in Ipswich’s Clapgate Lane

Armed police were sent to the scene

Witnesses to a garage burglary are being asked to contact police.

It happened in Clapgate Lane between 10pm on November 10 and 11am the next day.

Entry was forced into the garage and a number of tools were taken. Two Bosch drills and a jigsaw were among the items stolen as well as Dewalt chop saw, drill and pin gun.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area to contact Ipswich police by dialling 101.
