ROADS are flooded in Suffolk today after a tornado wreaked havoc in the county.

Water spilled across tarmac in Easton, near Woodbridge, today, causing problems for traffic.

Suffolk police said they were called to numerous reports of flooding in the county yesterday as rain poured down while a tornado swept across Leiston at about 2.30pm.

It is thought today's floods were a result of those torrents.
