TRAFFIC is still congested along a stretch of the A12 after a lorry overturned on the Copdock Mill roundabout.
TRAFFIC is still congested along a stretch of the A12 after a lorry overturned on the Copdock Mill roundabout.
Emergency services were called to the London bound carriageway on the roundabout at about 9.10am.
The driver needed to be pulled to safety from his cab but escaped without injury.
Diversions are still in place for motorists travelling southbound on the A12 and westbound on the A14.
A police spokeswoman said: “Recovery of the vehicle is taking place but this is likely to take some time. We request motorists steer clear of the area if they possibly can.”
